The tour covers the Modern City Centre, the Colorful City Market, Parliament Buildings, the Railway Station and the renowned National Museum where there are spell binding displays of the Early Man, Tribal Regalia and the Flora and Fauna of Kenya. A visit to the adjacent Snake Park is also included.

Where else in the world will you find herds of Zebra and Giraffe, prides of Lion and Rhino families, living in the wild just 20 Minutes from a Major City Centre? Nairobi National Park was the first National Park to be gazette in Kenya in the year 1946 and it is the only park in the world close to the capital city. Animals found in the park include, the lion, buffalo, rhino, giraffe, zebra, assorted antelopes and gazelles. It has also has a variety of birds species approximately 450 species have been recorded. It covers an area of 115 square kilometers with forested and grassland habitat. Not forgetting the notorious baboons and other monkeys are also available in the park.

Bomas of KenyaA few kilometers from the city, numerous homesteads reflecting Kenya’s cultures recreated for visitors to see traditional village life. The greatest excitement during the afternoon is a visit to the display of the traditional dancing music and folklore songs.

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust was born from one family’s passion for Kenya and its wilderness, it is today the most successful orphan-elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in the world and one of the pioneering conservation organisations for wildlife and habitat protection in East Africa.Visitation hours are between 11am and 12pm, you get to view baby elephants as they are being fed. The orphanage host a variety of baby elephants which have been rescued from the wild due to

poaching to be nurtured before they are returned back to the wild.

The Nairobi Snake Park offers services such as rescue and rehabilitation center for reptiles (abandoned, confiscated, illegal collection), dissemination of information on aquarium fishes and reptiles as well as specialized talks on the same.
